Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or txt us at 703-829-6023 or email at mysparklemaid@gmail.com by 3:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please do the same by 3:00 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged the total amount of the deposit for the missed appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. If by the time of the service, our professional staff notice that there are extra services or needs that were not booked or paid, we will contact you to update your price. Remember to provide accurate information, it will help us to serve you better.
